About Bill

Family

Bill Woodard has lived in Panther Creek Estates of Frisco since 2005. He and Laura (née Segars) have three boys who all attend (or attended) Frisco ISD schools. Shawn, 19, goes to The University of Arkansas after graduating from Heritage High School in 2017; Hayden, 15, attends Heritage High School, and Cooper, 14, attends Maus Middle School. They are fortunate to have grandparents close by in Frisco Lakes.

Career

Professionally, Bill has been in banking and lending for over 20 years, with increasing responsibility at nationally known corporations such as Bank of America and Citibank. Today he is a Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer at Titan Bank, N.A. Bill has a BBA in Finance from UNLV, and a Masters in Accounting from UT-Dallas.

Community

Bill’s civic and volunteer resume is long. He has been extremely active in city, neighborhood, youth and community activities since he moved to Frisco.
